If the stop requires pickup, dropoff or both, you may specify this in the Instructions for the driver. You may also select pickup time either for right now or any date/time in future

It is important to correctly describe the dimensions of the package for delivery. This information is used to match your delivery with a properly-sized vehicle.

Call or text your driver

You have direct contact with your driver as you are provided the name, phone number and vehicle description of your driver. You can call or text him/her at any time.
Photo, signature, full chain of custody

Once delivery is completed, the photo is taken, signature and geo-stamp is collected and your credit card is charged. You can always find the history of all your past deliveries in your account.
