Did you know that you can contact your Rapidus driver directly? This can be done via phone, text message or email.
First, go to your Deliveries page and find an active delivery that you need to contact the driver for.
Next, click on Tracking. You will get to your tracking page. On the panel to your left, click on the “cog” icon in the top right corner.
You will be immediately presented with the option to Contact the driver. Clicking on it will provide detailed information with the name, phone number and other contact options.
